Eric Dombach is a veteran marketer who has carved a solid reputation in various industries as a trainer of business trainers. His career as a business coach led him to train scores of business owners and training professionals around the world on various essential subjects like marketing strategies and communications, salesmanship, leadership development and change management.
It all started in 2001 and 2005 when he worked as a business coaching franchisee of ActionCoach Business Coaching, acclaimed as the world’s number one business and executive coaching company. Eric Dombach later sold his franchise to Lancaster Coaching Practice LLC in 2005 after founding his own telemarketing company Coach Success Center in 2003 and then launching his MyCoachesCoach.com site recently. It was during this time that he nurtured a successful career coaching small and medium scale company owners and their coaching executives to reach greater heights of earning potential
Eric Dombach obtained his BS degree in Engineering from the Messiah College in Pennsylvania. He is also a post graduate candidate to earn a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Virginia’s Regent University where he has a 4.0 grade point average. Over the last decade during which his business coaching career blossomed, he has received several accolades in his chosen career, the most recent of which was getting named Coach’s Coach among Pennsylvania’s Action International coaches while serving as a member of its training team. He was also the only Action Coach based in the US to receive the company’s 2002 Action Man of the Year award.
